How to Order through the e-shop

ORDER PROCEDURE

The order is completed in 4 steps.

LOGIN / REGISTRATION

In the first step you will be asked to login if you are already a registered member or to make a new registration. You are also given the opportunity to make purchases as a regular visitor without necessarily becoming a member, but entering all the necessary information to complete your order.

METHODS OF PAYMENT & RECEIPT

In the 2nd step you will be asked to enter the information regarding the shipping details of the order as well as to choose the Payment Method and delivery method.
You will be asked for the Postal Code of the destination address of your purchases, as well as the desired shipping method, in order to accurately calculate the shipping cost.
At this point we give you the opportunity to choose the place of receipt of your order, by choosing between “your home” or the “agency” of the cooperating transport company in your area (where there is this possibility). This is necessary before we move on to the next step. After calculating the transport cost, press the NEXT STEP button
Here you can choose to pay with 1) Credit card, 2) Deposit in a bank account (with the option you will see the available accounts) or 3) through PayPal.
You will also be asked to enter a discount code if you have one, as well as if you wish to receive the corporate newsletter and add any comment you wish to your order.

REVIEW & PAYMENT

In the 3rd step you will find the procedures for reviewing the order regarding the Shipping Details, the Billing Details and the Shipping Method as well as a review of your order. You can edit your Billing and Shipping Details. In this step you will be informed about the charging of the value of the products and the cost of shipping. To proceed to the next step, you must necessarily accept the Terms of Use.

CHECKOUT

In the 4th step you complete your order. Depending on the payment method you choose the corresponding form “loads” you. To complete the order, you will enter the details depending on the method of payment. In case of payment by Credit Card, you will go to the corresponding bank account, in case of payment by PayPal you will go to the PayPal environment and in case of bank deposit you will be informed that your order has been completed.
